"Pregnancy Massage" (10 hours)
Tuesday & Thursday Evenings (8/24 - 9/2) from 7:30pm-10:00pm.
Description: Learn the do's and dont's and comfort protocols for pregnant women, practice side-lying positioning and draping, and gain confidence in your massage skills with women who really need and appreciate your compassionate touch! Practice with pregnant clients in class and in clinic!

"Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy" (10 hours)
Wednesday Evenings (8/25 - 9/8) from 6:00pm-9:30pm.
Description: This heart centered approach to releasing restrictions within the cranium and spine facilitates deep relaxation and healing on all levels. The biodynamic model allows nature’s intelligence to restore balance and harmony while the therapist gently contacts the client’s midline in a state of open receptivity. Concluding a massage session with this approach is wonderful!

Bowenwork is a gentle and effective manual therapy that balances tension patterns in the body, resulting in a state of deep relaxation and facilitating the body in healing itself.
Instructor: Sandra Gustafson, BSN, RN, RBP to experience the history, theory and some of the core moves performed in a Bowenwork session. Learn about its founder, Mr. Tom Bowen (from Australia), find out how the technique works and what conditions it can help, and participate in practical sessions covering core "moves" used in Bowenwork.
